245D Readiness Check

The 245D Readiness Check is run by PuppLit, the maker of 245D Ready ("we", "us"). This notice explains what we collect when you take the check and what we do with it.
What we collect
- The details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and, if you give it, your agency's name.
- Your answers to the check, your score, and the type of 245D services and number of people supported you selected.
- Your consent to be contacted, with the date and time you gave it, and the IP address and browser it came from. We keep this as a record of your consent and to protect the check from misuse.
- How you reached the page, such as the address of the link you followed.
The check never asks about the people you support. Please do not enter any information about them.
How we use it
- To show you your report and email you a copy with the 245D Deadline Checklist.
- To contact you about 245D Ready by phone, text message and email, as you agreed when you took the check.
- To set up a demo if you ask for one.
- To improve the check.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the check and follow up with you, such as our website host, our email provider and our customer relationship software, and only as needed for those purposes, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
- Reply to any of our emails and ask us to stop, and we will.
- Email malek@pupplit.online to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are in touch with you about 245D Ready, and delete them when you ask us to or when they are no longer needed.
